Our class has been learning about our seasons for the past two weeks, with a special emphasis on Fall.  We’re finally starting to see small weather changes and are looking forward to the fun Fall brings!  We learned about the harvesting of fruits and vegetables that occurs in the Fall before the Winter brings freezing temperatures.  After all that talk about apples, we did an apple taste test and made applesauce in class together!  We sent our recipe home so you can try it, too!
